<title>Devils back at work preparing for Saturday?s Game 3; Josefson, Tallinder join practice </title>
         <link>http://blogs.northjersey.com/blogs/fireice/devils_back_at_work_preparing_for_saturdays_game_3_against_the_rangers_josefson_joins_practice/</link>
<description>After having Thursday off, the Devils are back a practice today preparing for Saturday afternoon?s Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Finals against the Rangers.

The series is tied at one game apiece after the Devils? 3-2 Game 2 victory on Wednesday at Madison Square Garden.

Defenseman Henrik Tallinder (blood clot in left leg) and center Jacob Josefson (fractured left wrist) are both participating in today?s practice. Tallinder and Josefson practiced with the AHL players earlier this week.

This is Tallinder?s first NHL practice since he last played in a game on Jan. 17 against Winnipeg. He has been skating on his own since February.

Josefson hasn?t practiced with the NHL squad since he was injured on April 3 against the Islanders.

Josefson is centering Eric Boulton and Cam Janssen on the fifth line. Josefson practiced earlier this week with the Albany but this is his first full practice with the NHL players since his injury. He resumed skating last Thursday.

The line combinations are the same as the Devils used in Game 2 with Zach Parise and Ilya Kovalchuk together on the top line with Travis Zajac. The defense pairs are also the same with Tallinder and Adam Larsson forming a fourth pairing.

The breakdown of the players on the ice today:

Forwards: Zach Parise-Travis Zajac-Ilya Kovalchuk; Petr Sykora-Patrik Elias-Dainius Zubrus; Alexei Ponikarovsky-Adam Henrique-David Clarkson; Ryan Carter-Stephen Gionta-Steve Bernier; Eric Boulton-Jacob Josefson-Cam Janssen.

Defensemen: Andy Greene-Mark Fayne; Bryce Salvador-Marek Zidlicky; Anton Volchenkov-Peter Harrold;, Henrik Tallinder-Adam Larsson.

Goaltenders: Martin Brodeur, Johan Hedberg.</description>
